Who runs the world? NadiaGirl. This tween clothing company was founded by a former coworker and certified boss who saw an opportunity to create comfortable, age-appropriate clothing for girls in an age bracket fashion often overlooks. I helped her launch her brand with a full suite of website copy and descriptions that captured her clothing’s feel and mission.
Ready, set, run the world
Pre-teen, post-kid is a vulnerable age for young women. While we call it the “awkward stage,” founder Briana Beazley saw potential to make a girl’s tween years “the beginning of a lifetime of confidence.” So we worked together to find a tone that captured the energy and fun of being a tween girl, but with an undeniably empowering message that made them believe they could do anything (because they can).
Name that legging
Before there was the brand, there was the clothing. Meticulously designed, ethically made, and did I mention comfy?
NadiaGirl began with a set of five leggings and a perfect basic tee — it was my charge to come up with personality-infused names and descriptions to speak to both wearer and buyer (AKA mom).
“We like to say ‘Wear who you are’ because we know what really makes a piece of clothing unique is the girl wearing it.”
